yoga classes


Jenny teaches with her heart. A trained dancer in ballet and contemporary all her life, her love for movement and grace was what led her to study yoga and pilates. 

She began her yoga practice with Ashtanga Yoga, and later took advanced trainings in Anusara, Kundalini, and Vinyasa Flow. She received her Hatha Yoga Teaching Certification, RYT in 2004 from the White Lotus Foundation in Santa Barbara, CA.

Trained in STOTT Pilates technique, Jenny aims to create long, lean, healthy muscles that are both strong and flexible for her clients.

From her years of dance training, she guides her students gracefully from one pose to the next with effortlessness and ease, teaching them proper alignment so they feel an openness in their bodies.

Her calm and yet cheerful demeanor, her soothing voice, and her fluid transitions give her students the space to release the tension from the day, strengthen their bodies, and attune their minds to the peacefulness within.

Gentle and All Levels Flow ♥️

In Jenny’s Gentle and All Levels Flow classes, you will flow from one movement to the next, combining breath and movement to bring harmony to your yoga poses, while gaining strength, flexibility and balance. You will be guided through standing, seated, and supine poses, including a few balance poses, heart-openers, and gentle inversions. All levels welcome.

Yoga and Meditation ♥️

Enjoy a few gentle yoga postures designed to calm and soothe the body, and follow along with a guided meditation to bring peace and clarity to the mind.

YOGA and Wine/ Cocktails ♥️

Grab your favorite drink, have fun and feel good with some gentle yoga.

YOGA with an Angel Oracle Card Reading ♥️

Get intuitive guidance on your life and enjoy a calming enlightened yoga class.

YOGA with Pilates ♥️

Flow through a series of yoga postures, pilates and barre movements to lengthen and soothe tight muscles and strengthen the core.

We will connect the breath with movement to build strength, flexibility and balance, toning the body and releasing the stress from the day.

GENTLE + CHAIR YOGA ♥️

A great way for those just being introduced to yoga, or who are recovering from injuries / restricted movement,

Designed to soothe and open tight muscles, improve flexibility, reduce pain and clear the mind.

Class begins seated on a chair, then we have the option to transition to the floor for seated and supine poses, as well as standing poses using the chair for balance.

We use movements with breath that will increase mobility, strength, balance, circulation, posture and energy flow.

At the end of class, I will lead you through a soothing guided meditation to calm the mind and bring focus and mental clarity.

No previous yoga experience is necessary.

YOGA with Sound Bath ♥️

Soothing, calming and healing, we will combine gentle flow yoga with yin and restorative poses to allow the body and mind to find peace, balance, and tranquility.

You will be bathed in the healing vibrations of the meditation gong, with tones and frequencies that will rejuvenate you. Some may feel a deep sense of peace and calm, and others may feel more bright, energetic and creative. You will leave feeling refreshed and restored.
